AJE Data Asset Engine software component library requires that you also distribute the assembly dependencies, listed below, and the component license file. The license file must reside in the same directory location as the component assembly.

The software may be evaluated for up to 28 days prior to registering the product. After the trial period expires the product will no longer function. If you have purchased a license key then you will receive a license file by email.

If no valid license file can be found, the software will continue to work during the evaluation period but you will be prompted for a license each time it is used. If you intend to distribute the component with your applications then you will need a licensed version so the user never sees the license screen.

2). Initializing of the Data Asset Engine

The Data Asset Engine needs to be initialized and a connection string set to point to the Data Asset Store.
